Offering 4 ‘Mini Strategic Partnerships’ annually.
Whether you have a new business idea, or need help with your current business - this is for you.
What it Includes
pre-discovery questionnaire so we can assess your priorities + needs prior to the sessions
12 hours of dedicated support allocated between all aspects of the business - focusing on strategy, goals, and opportunities within marketing, operations, business development, etc
a clear action plan so you feel confident on your next steps to accomplish your goals
additional 60 minute wrap up session
How it Works
The sessions will be completed via Zoom. They will span over 6 weeks time, and will be a standing weekly meeting set for the same day/time every week.
*The break between meetings will allow any work to be completed to maximize the other sessions
