Hi, my name is Kelly, the heart behind Rowan Consulting.

I’m a multi-passionate entrepreneur and integrator dedicated to helping turn business dreams into reality, in a way that works...for you.

I choose to work with every size company I can...from entrepreneurs navigating solo to medium-sized businesses, and beyond. My work ranges in depth, is based on what’s needed, honours budgets and accommodates working relationships around the globe.

Because while loads of my clients are here in Vancouver and the surrounding area, who says creating aligned businesses is something that’s not needed in every corner of the globe?

I’m naturally inclined as both an operator, and a people-oriented activator…loving both systems / organization / operations and thriving in deadline-driven environments, AND empowering and helping those around me.

Which makes sense - because at my core, I want everyone to feel complete, empowered and supported in every aspect of their lives; personally and professionally. Rowan is a way for me to bring both of these together and live out my true passions.

Throughout an extensive career in marketing, communications, and management I’ve developed essential skills for running a thriving business: expanding product lines, opening retail stores, developing training programs, streamlining administrative and communication processes, and developing tools to establish and maintain accountability across every role in an organization.

I’ve also learned the power and importance of cultivating a thriving life alongside winning in business. It took a couple lessons and stumbles, but seeing what’s possible when I live into my values has me here: running a business that feels really good, and more committed to considering both personal wellbeing and business success in every decision I make.

I’m grateful to live out my dream of helping clients feel confident and supported. I’m direct, transparent, connected, and always evolving - and all those values show up in how I work.
